Bangin' Breakfast Smoothie - by me
1 cup frozen mango
1/2 cup cashews
1/2 cup oats
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup spinach leaves
2 cups coconut milk

Vegan Monkey Bread -
3cups rolled oats
1/3 cup chia seeds
1 cup medjool dates
1.5 cup coconut milk
1 tbs baking powder
1 tbs cinnamon
1 ts vanilla
pinch sea salt

3/4 cup (8) dates
2/3 cup water

Blend oats & chia seeds - set aside
blend dates with coconut milk, once smooth add cinnamon, baking powder, vanilla + salt
add dry + wet to form sticky dough
blend date coating - place in shallow bowl
roll dough into balls, dunk in coating and put on greased loaf pan
bake 30min

Cotton Candy Vegan Icecream - EarthyAndy
1 cup frozen strawbs
1 cup cashews + 1/2 cup water blended then frozen into ice cubes night before
1/4 cup coconut sugar
1 packet pitaya
1/2 tsp vanilla bean
3 frozen ripe bananas

blend together!
